R.S.V.P. Now!

Join us for an outdoor (hopefully) concert featuring two great bands - Damn Tall Buildings and Upstate Rubdown!

7:00 pm, Thursday, June 8, 2017

Come share an evening of music and fun with two amazing bands –  Damn Tall Buildings and Upstate Rubdown. This is a special concert in support of Nick Carter and Beata Coloyan as they prepare to ride in the Pan Mass Challenge. All proceeds from this concert and activities that evening will go to the cause. Please read more about Nick and Beata’s journey here.

Damn Tall Buildings was born in January of 2013, busking on Newbury Street in Boston, MA. Through street performing, this dynamic quartet formed the foundation for the fully-immersive and truly electrifying performance for which they are known today. Priding themselves on their robust tour schedule, DTB has performed at numerous venues and festivals across the continental U.S., with artists such as The California Honeydrops, Sierra Hull, Reverend Peyton’s Big Damn Band, Gangstagrass, and many more. Read More about DTB here.

Upstate Rubdown is an acoustic septet drawing inspiration from every corner (and decade) of America’s musical heritage. Based in New York’s Hudson Valley region, the band has spent years cultivating its sound. The unique instrumentation includes Harry D’Agostino on the upright bass, Ryan Chappell on the Mandolin, Dean Mahoney on the Cajon, and Christian Joao on the Flute and Saxophones. That dynamic rhythm section supports a 3-part vocal harmony powerhouse of founding members Mary Kenney and Melanie Glenn alongside recent Nashville-transplant Allison Olender.  Read more about them here.

Together, these bands are unbeatable. If you were at the June show, you know…you know.

We are hoping to have the show outdoors weather permitting but will move indoors if needed.

There’ll be food and drink, friends and fun. “Doors” open at 6:30pm June 8, 2017.

Don’t miss out. Tickets are $25.00 and should be paid for in advance if possible. We’ll have snacks and drinks but donations of the same are welcome, too! Please let us know if you’ll be bringing something or someone. Seriously, we’ll try to cram as many people as we can onto the lawn or into our house. This promises to be a great night. We’ll have a memorable time, one that you’ll talk about for years to come.
Please R.S.V.P. as soon as possible and please give or send your payment to Carole Carter at a the above address or Venmo @Carole-Carole.
